•Assessment, Individual Psychotherapy, or Family Psychotherapy sessions – $150/50 minute session
Individual sessions and family sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length. However, session length may be adjusted depending on your child’s needs. Therefore, sessions that are less than or longer than the standard 50 minute treatment hour will be prorated to the nearest quarter hour.
Fees are payable at the time that services are rendered. Checks, Venrmom or cash are accepted. Please note that a $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
In some cases your insurance company may reimburse outpatient psychotherapy services. If so, payment is still paid at the beginning of each session, in full and I provide a "Superbill" at the end of each session indicating the service and fee. You will need to submit this "Superbill" to your insurance company and they will reimburse at their rate. The amount of reimbursement and the amount of any co-payments or deductible depends on the requirements of your specific insurance plan.
*Cancellation Policy – If you do not provide me with at least 24 hours notice in advance, you are responsible for payment for the missed session. Please understand that your insurance company generally will not pay for missed or cancelled sessions.
